Exchanges & Returns

1. ALL Sales are final and no refunds or exchanges due to sanitary purposes! Please make sure you look over your order before confirming everything. 

-EXCEPTIONS ONLY, if you've received the wrong item. First you MUST contact by email (KGlamorLashes@gmail.com) within 48hrs from when you received your delivered item. While doing so, you can send order details, photo(Original Packaging & Unused Product), and your contact information. You will receive your funds back. Refunded payments can ONLY be sent back to the original payment method that was used at checkout. Please keep in mind that refunded payments can take up to 5-10 business days to be shown back on your account.

Shipping & Delivery

2. Shipping address MUST match billing address, otherwise your order will be cancelled. Please make sure your apartment number is applied during checkout.

3. Processing time is 1-2 business days. Shipping process is 2-3 business days. Business days include weekdays and EXCLUDE weekends and public holidays.

4. Please make sure your apartment number is applied during checkout time. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Adding to that, if it was delivered and you didn't receive you must contact USPS 1(800) 275-8777 or go to your local USPS office.

-HOWEVER, if your order was sent back to our company, you have the choice to have us send back your item(s), but you will be responsible for shipping costs.
